Trying the beta version of Globe is free and by invitation. We are still actively working on finalizing the first full version. Paid plans will come after you have had a chance to use the beta and provide feedback.

Globe runs at globegeospatial.com/app.
Self-host
Not available yet but we intend to offer it. Terms would be discussed when that option exists.
